data-mm-id=”_oz7lv4o10″>Welcome to The Big Lead's weekly start 'em, sit 'em column. We are here to dig into the toughest decisions you may be facing for your fantasy matchup in Week 16 of NFL action and give you answers. Some of those answers may even be right!Presenting our Week 16 start 'em, sit 'em calls. Ty Chandler, RB, Minnesota Vikings Chandler came in clutch on Saturday afternoon, racking up over 20 fantasy points while receiving pretty much all of the RB carries for Minnesota with Alexander Mattison hurt. The various backup quarterbacks the team is shuffling through helps incentivize Kevin O'Connell's staff to keep leaning on the run game, too. However, he's a risky start for this week. Mattison could siphon some of his carries if he returns to full health and, more importantly, the Vikings are likely to be playing from behind for some (if not all) of their upcoming contest with the Lions. Chandler recorded only three catches against Cincinnati. If Minnesota has to start passing the ball early and often Chandler isn't guaranteed to get the same number of touches. Thus, we recommend looking elsewhere. SIT 'EM De'Von Achane, RB, Miami DolphinsAchane has been frustratingly inconsistent since returning from his injury and it's tough to know when to trust him. Yes, he has a big-play ability that could change the outcome of your fantasy matchup on any given snap. But Raheem Mostert is guaranteed to get at least half the carries in every game and it's become obvious Mike McDaniel trusts him a whole lot more than Achane on the goal line. Achane gets touches in the passing game to balance things out a bit but ultimately he's overly dependent on touchdowns for good days. Fortunately he's going up against a Cowboys defense that just gave up every single bit of ground (and then some) possible to the James Cook/Josh Allen combination. And if Dallas offense bounces back enough to keep things close there could be many possessions and yards to go around for both Achane and Mostert. Ride with him. START 'EM Aaron Jones, RB, Green Bay Packers Jones put forth a bummer of a statline despite things appearing to line up for him on Sunday. He was healthy and fresh returning from injury, AJ Dillon was going to be out with a broken thumb, and the Packers needed to win badly. All that led to a outing that barely got past the double-digit mark in full PPR leagues. But fear not. There's hope for Jones yet. It's quite unlikely Dillon will come back and eat into his carries if he couldn't go this past Sunday, and the Packers will visit Carolina to take on the third-worst fantasy run defense in the league. Now that he's shaken the rust off Jones is primed for a big week. START 'EM Stefon Diggs, WR, Buffalo Bills It was a weird week for Diggs as the Bills absolutely dominated and put up 30-plus points yet his fantasy statline was terrible because they did zero damage through the air. It is unlikely, shall we say, that Josh Allen will throw for 95 yards again this season, much less in a winning effort. It's just more concerning for Diggs because the outing marks the fourth in the last five games where he failed to crack double-digit points. We recommend staying the course, though. The Bills are fully in playoff mode since they basically need to win out in order to get to the actual postseason and when the Bills are in playoff mode, Allen goes to Diggs whenever he can. Plus they're playing the Chargers this week. Who just gave up so many points to an Aidan O'Connell-led offense on national television just last Thursday. START 'EM Brandon Aiyuk, WR, San Francisco 49ers Aiyuk had one of his very few down weeks throughout his tremendous fantasy season this past Sunday, catching only three passes on five targets for 37 yards and no touchdowns. It wasn't really a bad week for Aiyuk as much as it was just falling victim to the endless talent pool San Francisco enjoys at their skill positions. It was his first single-digit outing since Week 7 and it's reasonable to believe he'll bounce back next week. But! The Niners have the Ravens coming to visit and Baltimore's secondary ranks seventh in the league in points given up to opposing wideouts. There's still plenty of opportunity for Aiyuk to put forth a solid day but if you're staring down the barrel of an underdog playoff matchup and need a big splash from someone, Aiyuk is not going to be your guy. The 38-year-old s contract with MLS side LA Galaxy expires at the end of the year and he has been linked with a move back to European football.
MLS commissioner Don Garber claimed this week Ibrahimovic is being recruited by Milan, where he spent two seasons before leaving for Paris Saint-Germain in 2012.
Milan have been tipped to strengthen their squad in January following a poor start to the campaign, but Pioli was unwilling to confirm Ibrahimovic is a target.
Ibra is a great player, he told a news conference on Saturday. But the January market is far away. There will be time to make assessments.

The second biggest aggregate defeat in Champions League history – Arsenal´s Bayern nightmare in Opta
If Arsenal supporters thought it could not get any worse than suffering a 5-1 thrashing away to Bayern Munich last month, they were proved wrong on Tuesday, as the Bundesliga champions romped to victory by the same embarrassing scoreline in the Gunners backyard.
The hosts opened the scoring at Emirates Stadium to offer hope of a stirring comeback attempt, but Laurent Koscielny s sending off proved the catalyst for another horror show, this time at what is supposed to be Arsenal s north London stronghold.
Robert Lewandowski, Arjen Robben and Douglas Costa all hit the back of the net in the second half, before Arturo Vidal s late brace completed a miserable night for the home team.

Plans to honour the Lionesses with a statue outside Wembley Stadium have progressed, Football Association chief Mark Bullingham says.
Bullingham was speaking down the road from the team’s tournament base in Terrigal, New South Wales, three nights before first-time World Cup finalists England will play Spain for the title.
The Lionesses secured their first major trophy at last summer’s European Championships and could add another 13 months later with victory in Sydney on Sunday.
Bullingham said: “In terms of statues it’s something we are looking at post Euros (2022), we’ve made progress on that, and it would be right to have something to commemorate that success outside Wembley.
“We’ve made progress with the discussions but I don’t think we…
Everton Football Club have today denied reports that they have received a transfer request from defensive midfielder Idrissa Gueye. Gueye is also a Senegal international, making his debut way back in 2011. Last night sources from Sky Sports indicated that he was begging the club to allow him to make the move to Paris Saint-Germain, which is believed to be a dream of his. Alas, both the manager and the director of football have reportedly spoken with the French champions, reiterating that they do not want to sell him.

Krzysztof Piatek insists he is not yet worthy of some of the praise that has come his way since his move to AC Milan in January.
The Poland international has scored six goals in five matches since arriving from Genoa for a reported fee of €35million, sparking optimism that he could be the man to fire the club out of the doldrums.
Milan s only silverware since winning the 2010-11 Serie A title is a pair of Supercoppa Italiana trophies.
But while Piatek hopes to play his part in restoring Milan to the top of Italian and European football, he is a reluctant recipient of the early plaudits.
If I had all the qualities the newspapers are talking about, I d be the best player in history, Piatek told Przeglad Sportowy.

Cardiff were relegated to the Championship at the end of that season and Fabio went on to be a regular in the Bluebirds back four until he secured a move back to the Premier League with Middlesbrough in 2016.

Juan Mata had an extremely lucrative offer to leave Manchester United this summer but decided to turn it down and stay put, according to .
The 32-year-old Spaniard joined United from Chelsea back in January 2014 for a reported fee of around £40 million, but it s now been a long time since he was a regular member of the starting XI at Old Trafford. Last season, despite being fit and in the matchday squad for all 38 Premier League games, he started only eight and made 11 more appearances off the bench. This term, he has played only twice so far, both in the Carabao Cup.
Apparently, he was targeted by an unnamed club from Saudi Arabia, which initially offered him €16m per year to leave Old Trafford, and later raised the offer to €20m. However, Mata feels he still has …
